One room available. Only for June 28-August 24. Willing to prorate the price based on how long you need the room for. I will pay for the utilities out of my own pocket just to make it simple.

I am a hockey player for the University of St Thomas. 3 of my teammates will be staying in the house for the whole summer. During the time above, I will not be staying in my room. Just looking for anyone that wants a cheap room for a month or two.

Location is great, downtown St Paul and right across the street from UST. Full kitchen including dishwasher. Laundry machines with unlimited detergent. Brand new bedding. House is cleaned and grass is mowed monthly by professionals. Plenty of parking out back so you won’t need to street park. Let me know if you have any questions.
