33 year old male, owner-occupied 2 BR, 2 BA mobile home. The home has a bedroom and bathroom on each end of the house. Your private, unfurnished bedroom is 12’ wide by 10’ deep. Your bathroom is shared with any/all guests. The living room, kitchen and laundry room are shared spaces.

Owner smokes cigarettes and has a small cat. One additional pet may be allowed, dependent on size and getting along with the current cat.

There is one on-street parking space available. There is a covered patio outside. If extra storage space is needed, the outdoor shed can be rented for an additional $10.00 per month.
