I'm looking for a housemate to share my home. I'm in my s.

The house is less than mile from Mayo Clinic, U of M, and downtown, right next to walkingbiking paths such as Silver Lake, Sliver Lake Foods, Grandma's Kitchen, Tacos, Starbucks, etc. This room is furnished with twin size memory foam bed, blackout curtains, desk, etc.

The kitchen is furnished. Living room has TV with Netflix and Home theater couch. We do have Cat and Mini Golden doodles. No additional animals.

Occupants have access to free on site laundry.

Very clean home. All utilities, WiFi with up to MBPS, and lawnsnow removal are included in the rent! Please contact me if interested; I'd be happy to answer any questions you have. I can send more information about rent and lease terms.
