The Space & Location
Looking for a roommate to join a peaceful household on 5 beautiful acres just outside of Dorset. You’ll have your own private bedroom and closet, with shared access to the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry facilities. If you appreciate nature and having some breathing room, you'll love it here.

The Financials & Logistics
Rent: $750/month (All-inclusive: electric, trash, internet, propane, and rent).
Move-in: July 1.

House Culture & Vibe
We are an LGBTQ+ friendly, low-drama household. We are all gamers with varying work and sleep schedules, but we generally keep things fairly quiet and respectful of each other’s space. To keep the home comfortable for everyone, we share cleaning the shared living spaces.

House Rules
No Pets: Per our landowner’s strict policy, we are limited to the two dogs already here. We cannot host any additional animals (turtles/fish may be negotiable).
No Smoking/Vaping: This is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free environment inside the house.
Expectations: We’re looking for someone who is financially responsible and communicative.
