I am an artist renting a fully furnished basement suite, which is one furnished bedroom with private bathroom and nice-sized closet, with an adjoining office in my pretty Craftsman home. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, closet, tv, separate thermostat to control temp for the entire suite as well as heated bathroom flooring Both the basement office area and dining room are suitable for working remotely or study,

Please be looking for a furnished space. I have a decent amount of experience with sharing my home and find that a good fit for the energy of the space tends to be someone who is pretty engrossed in work, art, study etc.
I would be appreciative if you are able to maintain a clean living space. There are houseplants, so I would also love it if you have experience caring for plants i. e. watering.
Snow removal is open for discussion.

I am quiet when I'm home, tend to be reading, weaving, or cooking, and am truly home very little.

This is a nice location in a quiet Northeast Minneapolis neighborhood near bike trails, bus lines and freeway access. Centrally located - convenient to Minneapolis, St Paul and suburbs.

Rental includes free use of the first floor - living room, sunroom, dining room, as well as full kitchen use. There is fiber wifi as well as a few streaming services. The house has standard laundry.

Terms: I am looking for somebody who needs a furnished space for a minimum of four months (through April), and can offer the space for an additional couple of months - through the academic year.
Utiliities: I pay for wifi, water and trash removal. Gas and electricity costs are split in half.

Rental terms: $950 refundable Security Deposit,
Rental application and standard lease agreement required
Existing furnishings need to remain in the space.

No off-street parking available
