I am an artist renting a fully furnished basement suite, which is one furnished bedroom with private bathroom and nice-sized closet, with an adjoining office in my pretty Craftsman home.

Two beloved older cats live here, so looking for somebody who likes cats! Also, who is looking for a furnished space, I have a lot of experience with sharing my home and find that a good fit for the energy of the space tends to be pretty engrossed in work, art, study etc.

I am quiet when I'm home, tend to be reading, weaving, or cooking, and am truly home very little.

Nice location in a quiet Northeast Minneapolis neighborhood near bike trails, bus lines and freeway access. Centrally located - convenient to Minneapolis, St Paul and suburbs.
The office area is suitable for working remotely or study, The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, closet, tv, separate thermostat to control temp for the entire suite.

Rental includes kitchen use, fiber wifi, a few streaming services and shared first floor spaces. The house has standard laundry.

Terms: I am looking for somebody who needs a furnished space for a minimum of four months (through April), and can offer the space for an additional couple of months - through the academic year and into the summer..
