ISO single parent or couple to rent 2 rooms!

I'm a single mom of 2 kids on the spectrum. We also have 2 pet cats, both old and lazy. We're looking for a roommate! There is one big and one small bedroom on the main floor that is available. I'm going to find someone to rent both, total of $1100 a month plus utilities. Our 2 bedrooms are what's upstairs. I'm hoping for another single parent. My super awesome roommate and daughter is moving out and in with her significant other. The lease starts September, so you could start moving in probably end of August. The house is fully furnished (other then the 2 bedrooms) so I'm hoping maybe someone who doesn't have a whole lot who is looking for a place. There is a brand a new washer and dryer in our basement, a fenced in backyard, charcoal grill, patio set, and a spot in the 2 car garage. We live on 69 and Queen in Richfield. Utilities aren't included, but will typically be around 100-150ish extra a month after being split.
