Sublease

Hello!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am looking for someone to take over my room rental come mid-late December. The rental could even be taken over as late as January 1st.

The property is located close to the medical campus of the University of Minnesota. It's on the corner of E River Parkway and Ontario St SE, about 4-5 blocks from the U of M football stadium.

There are 10 residents in the house, including myself. The room you would be taking over is $575/month, utilities included. It's located on the first floor of a three-story house, right across from the bathroom. The bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, and living room are all shared spaces. Owner of the property pays for all cleaning supplies (paper towels/toilet paper/cleaning spray/swiffer pads/etc.). No smoking and no pets allowed.

The owner does not require an application fee, but there are other requirements that are required... 1) credit score of 670+, 2) proof of income, 3) no felony convictions, and 4) $300 security deposit. Leases are usually one year in length, but owner is willing to be flexible if needed.
