The room is in a beautiful, clean home in a safe, quiet Minneapolis neighborhood. It is near the river, walking paths, Minnehaha Park, several bus routes and a Cub Foods (all within less than 1 mile). There is a fully fenced, private back yard with a patio.

Available immediately. Month-to-month lease.

Home owner lives on the main level of the home and only uses basement to do laundry. Tenant will have full use of kitchen and laundry.

Parking:
- There is always parking on the street in front of the house.
- Detached garage has an an available stall to rent (additional monthly charge of $50).

All utilities are included in monthly rent – including High-Speed Wi-Fi and A/C / Heat
