Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over the last month of my lease, September 2026

My house manager says you may re sign a lease after mine is up :)

We’re a professional fraternity house for PDX pharmacy UMN

All utilities included even wifi, 550 a month. Price may increase a little bit if you resign after my lease is up.

I’ll be moved out middle of August so you may move in then.

Room will be furnished with a bed.
