I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a 1-bedroom/private bathroom apartment at Radius located in Dinkytown. The apartment is a 3-bedroom unit with two other female roommates. The lease is available starting around August 8th, 2026.

• Rent total: $921/month
• Parking: $185/month for underground heated parking
• Lease ends: July 31st, 2027
• Features: Pet friendly, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, kitchen, high ceilings, and community amenities including a gym, hot tub, patio with grills, clubhouse with a kitchen, and plenty of study areas.

The apartment is in a great location and has been a comfortable place to live. I’m only looking for someone to take over the lease because of a change in plans.
