Bed for Rent in Shared Bedroom in Dinkytown

The space is located square in the middle of Dinkytown. The apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath, but each room is shared by two occupants (meaning you would not have a solo room). However, each room includes its own bathroom. The apartment itself is very spacious, includes a walk-out balcony, and is within walking distance of public transit. The building is very safe, requiring a fob for entry to all areas. There is a space for parking as well. I do not have parking so this would have to be discussed upon inquiry.

Rate: $590/month (excluding utilities)

I am looking for someone, preferably another student, to take the last couple of months of my lease while I am away interning in Chicago over the summer. The rate is very good for the area, and while utilities are not included in the base rate, I pay $650 on average for my unit. There is an included fee for the transfer of the lease to your name for the remainder of my term, but this is open for discussion.
