Located just 15-20 min drive to downtown Minneapolis, 15 min North-West of Uptown. Public transport is accessible within a few blocks. Easy access to Hwys 169, I-94, 694 and 494. The area is very close to a park reserve with access to a lake and biking/walking trails (within walking distance). One charming room in a quiet neighborhood, 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, in Maple Grove. No smoking. PLUS utility bills are shared equally (internet, cable, water, trash, electricity). Pet's fees are around $30 per month. One month deposit required
