I’m renting out a 130 sq ft upstairs bedroom in my quiet and comfy home in Maple Grove.

The room has a king/queen-sized bed and you’ll share a nice, spacious bathroom with just me, so plenty of privacy!

You’ll have full access to the open kitchen, dining, and living areas, plus all the appliances like washer, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave.

The neighborhood is safe, peaceful, and close to parks, shops, and highways for easy getting around.

I’m a young adult who’s respectful, clean, and pretty organized.
I enjoy reading, watching shows and movies, and diving into interesting topics.

Lately, I’ve been learning crochet and embroidery, and I love swimming and tennis.
I’m mostly home, so it’s a calm and relaxed place to live.

I’m hoping to rent to a female in the young adult age group, but adults of any age are welcome!

Looking for someone tidy, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces and quiet times.
I’m down to make friends but totally understand if you want to keep to yourself.

Right now, it’s just the two of us here, but there might be other roommates renting downstairs later on
