Bedroom available in our stunning home in the heart of Minneapolis available May 1st.

The House:
-4 bedroom, beautiful huge 3700 sqf home.
-Located in the beautiful Lynnhurst neighborhood, one block from Minnehaha Creek and short walk from South Beach on Lake Harriet. So many beautiful walks nearby. Close by neighborhoods include Linden Hills, Tangletown, Kenny, Armatage, and King Field. Short drive to Edina and Richfield.
-Lovely kitchen. Gas range/stove/oven with hood. Dishwasher. Garbage disposal. Nice refrigerator, with a second one in the home for more fridge space. Toaster oven/air fryer, Vitamix blender, food processor, pressure cooker, coffee maker, microwave and dehydrator. Cozy little breakfast nook.
-Large living room and dining room.
-Big beautiful shared office with built-in desk and shelving. Perfect house to work from home.
-Large half finished basement with a family room that has a full home gym, couch and television (though we never use it). The unfinished part of the basement has a huge laundry/mud room that's also used for storage for extra gym equipment. There is also a storage room and a workshop room that isn't shown in the photos.
-Radiator heat and window units provided for AC.
-The entire house is wired with 500Mbps USI Fiber WiFi. This cost is included with rent.
-Lovely yard with a privacy fence. Perfect for gardening. We like to grow food. We will soon be hanging lights, getting outdoor furniture and a fire pit to turn the backyard into a real vibe.
-2 car garage and abundant on street parking. Renting this bedroom includes a garage spot if you'd like it.
-Utilities (electric, gas, city) and household supplies are split between the roommates.
-Paul does massage work with clients from the four season porch. We use a google calendar to coordinate his sessions with sharing the space. The four season porch is great for yoga, tea time, basking in the sun and enjoying the lovely heated floor.

Unfurnished Main Floor Bedroom:
-Big 165 sqf. bedroom (olive green room in photos).
-Reasonable closet space.
-Bathroom directly across the hall.
-$875 rent (rent is discounted since we share the responsibility of mowing and snow removal- we have a self propelled lawnmower and a snow blower, we trade turns so it is very manageable) and $950 security deposit.

-No pets, no smoking, no drugs.
-You must have a clean background and your credit needs to demonstrate you pay bills on time.
-Our lease term is 12 months and we are looking for someone who can do a year lease. There will be the option to extend the lease, as we plan to stay longer.

The Roommates:
We are LGBTQ+ friendly and very progressive.
-Paul is a 38yr old entrepreneur. He is a massage therapist, nutrition coach and personal trainer. He enjoys time in nature, cooking, working out and being involved with men's groups that focus on emotional well-being. Healthy behavior change is one of his core values.
-Andrew is a 27yo old community organizer. He enjoys bringing people together, being outdoors, drinking tea, cooking and bonfires with friends. He values strong direct communication.
-Claire is a 42 year old transgender woman. She writes data queries for a behavioral health organization, and enjoys quiet time, walks outdoors, tea/coffee, and laughing. Avid reader (mysteries/horror/true crime) and dissectologist. She values honesty, empathy, respect, and open mindedness.

We value taking good care of our home by maintaining a clean, peaceful environment. We communicate effectively, navigate our needs well, and work together to create mutual community agreements, all of which contributes to creating a healthy happy home.
