Room for rent in a spacious house, available for 9/13 move-in or later!
*I'm moving into my new house next week and will update with photos of the furnished living space then.*

About the place:
Beautiful 1925 home just blocks from the Theodore Wirth Parkway!
Room for rent is main floor, facing the backyard
Shared bathroom (main floor), there is another full bathroom in the unfinished basement
Washer & Dryer in basement
Detached double garage: I'll take up one space, the other is yours
Fully fenced yard

About me:
28 years old, I work in wine sales & am finishing up my B. A. in Marketing (online) this year. I grew up in South Minneapolis but have lived both east coast and west coast throughout my 20s. I love spending time outdoors, hanging with friends, into most summer + winter sports (mediocre at best at all of them :).
I like to host close friends at my place for casual drinks but will not throw "ragers" or have late night hangs.

I have 2 dogs: a Pitbull mix (8 y/o) and a chihuahua mix (10 y/o). Both rescues and very sweet. They always stay in my room when I am gone and are on the older side so are pretty lazy.

About you: Female preferred, similar interests/lifestyle. This is a month-to-month lease so whether you're looking for something short term or longer, just communicate it and either works for me. Cleanliness & care of space is important to me. I clean frequently since I have dogs so all I want in a roommate is someone who cleans up their own messes in common areas.

1 month's rent deposit
Utilities are split (should come out to ~$100/person/month for everything including wifi)

FYI: This house has a "loft" style 3rd bedroom that I am considering renting as well but would only do with your approval & if I find the right fit. It would lower your monthly rent & utilities would be split 3 ways.
