Older lofted townhome with private landlords who live next door. Garage, good parking, wood burning fireplace, loft on the landing across from your room, in-unit laundry, central AC, storage under stairs.

I'm a geeky woodworker who works in graphic design from home (trying to get an in-office job again). I can talk a lot but am happy to buzz off if you want space. I like clear, open communication and rules. Cooking and doing chores at the same time is pleasant/helpful. I'd enjoy living with someone equally "quietly social" who asks questions and doesn't tend toward anger.

I currently pay a bit more to use the loft as my "office" and the garage as my woodshop. We can talk about how spaces are shared. I need at least some of the garage as shop space.

Most areas are furnished, if sparsely, though we need a couch.

I have some liquor, but don't drink much, and am fine clearing it out if you're sober.

I have some clutter I'm working on reducing but it might not be gone by October.
