Roommate wanted

We have a room for rent. We're looking for a cool roommate to room with us. We're three chill guys in our early to mid thirties who do our own thing but share living space as well as chores.

Our rooms are for our personal use and no one goes into anothers room without permission. We're respectful of each other's stuff and space. Some of us work super early in the morning, so be aware of that.

We share chores that include mowing the lawn, washing dishes, kitchen cleaning, and bathroom cleaning.

We have a one car garage and a small driveway we utilize during the winter months.

We have a nice deck, a kitchen with an electric stovetop, a double door fridge/freezer unit, a washer and dryer in the basement, the main bathroom with shower on main floor and half bathroom in basement.

We have one cat and are not looking to add any more pets. If you have reptiles, that's negotiable.

Every three months, bills are higher due to trash and water being charged on top of normal utilities and Internet, which are NOT included in the rent amount.

Smoking is fine, but you must smoke cigarettes or cigars outside. Smoking inside is NOT allowed.
