Looking for a great roommate to enjoy the finer things downtown. The unit is remodeled and it is perfect. The kitchen has elegant wood cabinets with more space than you could ask for downtown. The bedroom for rent has two closets and the bathroom has a custom stone tilework with waterfall shower head. The room is large enough for a the king bed. Best part is the house is divided in wings. The bedrooms are as far apart as possible.

Easy going kind of guy. Happy to help with anything I can. I like movies, book and old record players. I enjoy a fun weekend out at a dive bar as well. Feel free to join me for a BBQ on the party deck.

Parking based on availability in the garage.

All other cost are included in monthly rent (Heat, A/C, snow removal, waste, water, recycling)

Looking for a year lease or to end in warm weather.
