I am a single woman with a four bedroom home located just off Highway 100 & 42. Private bedroom, bath, and your own family room. Bedroom was just recently updated with brand new carpet, trim, and wallpaper!
Looking for someone who is neat, honest, quiet and responsible. The bedroom will be unfurnished, but the family room will stay furnished, but will be your own private space. The kitchen will not be shared. The last tenant had a refrigerator, hot plate and microwave in his space that he used that worked out very well.
No pets and no more than one person. I am not really looking for a roommate, but more of someone to just rent the lower level.
