Private room available in a shared house starting May 1st. Or June 1st. Seeking one clean, responsible, and respectful working professional or graduate student for a 1-year lease. (A couple may be considered)
The Space:
• Main floor bedroom with walk-in closet
• Additional basement bedroom, larger walk-in closet, and private bathroom
• Shared kitchen, dining room, living room, and porch
• Yard space with fire pit
• One spot in detached garage included
• Washer/dryer in home
• Located in a safe Minneapolis neighborhood (primarily families, older residents, and college students) This is an older home with character. Home Environment:
Generally quiet and low-drama. I work full time and am in graduate school, so I value a calm, clean, and predictable home. I occasionally host small gatherings (game nights, bonfires). This is not a party house, but it’s not silent either.
Pets:
I have one very friendly dog who loves people. Another well-behaved dog may be considered if compatible. Looking for someone who:
• Can verify their income
• Keeps shared spaces clean
• Communicates directly and respectfully
• Has a generally stable routine
