1 Private Room for rent in Bloomington, MN (West side) Rooms are furnished. A month to month rent/lease is preferred (4-6 months). Longer will be considered. Retired male homeowner is seeking a second renter for a Bloomington home.

Lowered price from $800 to $700 a month due to an issue with the room I was just informed. I’m helping my best friends dad find another renter. The room has a working lamp and ceiling fan. Most of the outlets don’t work due to perhaps a blown fuse (two electricians have taken a look and no solution) the outlet by the light switch works.

Room will have a shared bathroom on the 2nd floor (has tub/shower, sink, and toilet). You will have a bedroom with a window, a built closet and/or dresser, and shared access to common areas of the home.

Located minutes away from downtown Mall of America, and all major retailers, restaurants, and gyms

The ideal candidate is a working professional (work from-home okay!), a recent graduate, or a college/graduate student. Normandale student or Northwestern Chiropractic school student. Flight Attendants and traveling nurses are welcome, rent price can be adjusted depending on schedule/stay!) There is a large kitchen with eating area and table and all appliances. A large refrigerator and freezer for use. A range and microwave. Living/Dining room common area.

Please have good credit and tenant history and have no criminal background. You should also be gainfully employed and/or be a student that is financially able to pay the monthly rent on time each month (thank you!).

You can bring new bedding (like your own sheets, pillow, blanket if you wish). Free parking on the driveway. Parking is narrow but we make it work.
