Retired Female owner of a home. Now offering a non shared room (private room) and shared bathroom for rent. You will have a private main level bedroom with a window and a large closet and/or dresser, and shared access to most common areas of the home.

The ideal candidate is a college or graduate student or a working professional. M preferred. Rooms are furnished. A shared kitchen. A 4.5 cu. ft Magic Chef second refrigerator for usage (free). Living room common area. Basement lounge common area with TV. Flight Attendants Welcome! *rent may be arranged/adjusted for flight attendants.

No pets or smoking please (no excessive drinking). You must be a non-smoker, with good credit and tenant history, and have no criminal background. You should also be gainfully employed and/or student that is financially able to pay the monthly rent (on time) each month (thank you).

$600 a month. Utilities included (usage within reason and includes water, heat, a/c and electricity, trash, sewage). *Internet is included (from Comcast Xfinity - WiFi). Laundry onsite (please bring own detergent + toiletries/toilet paper etc...).

You can bring new bedding (like your own sheets, pillow, blanket if you wish). Blue room has a double bed (full size). There is free parking.
