Private unfurnished bedroom available in a furnished home with 1.5 shared bathrooms. The room has a large closet and comfortably fits a queen bed and small desk (tight but workable if you’re organized).

I live in the home and work a hybrid schedule (I have separate office space I work in). The house is quiet, structured, and well-organized. I’m typically in bed by 10pm and up around 6am daily. This is an adult household — not a party house.

I keep the home clean and expect shared spaces to stay tidy and respectful.

WFH is welcome as long as you’re comfortable working from your bedroom (space is efficient) or occasionally in the shared living room — my dog Willow will likely be nearby.

Looking for someone responsible, clean, and consistent with routines. No late-night noise, parties, or heavy drinking.

Utilities + fiber WiFi included in rent.
