Hi! My boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate to share our home in South St. Paul. 😊

The room is $650/month and has its own private entrance, new carpet, and fresh paint. You’ll also have dedicated cabinet/storage space in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared, and off-street parking is available.

We’re friendly, laid-back, and like to keep the house clean and comfortable. We also have two friendly indoor cats, so you’ll need to be okay with cats! 🐱

We’d love to find someone we can actually get along with and feel comfortable living with—not just someone renting a room. Spanish-speaking is a plus! 🇪🇸
