The apartment has its own kitchen, in unit large laundry room with storage, bathroom, gas fireplace, private patio, shared fenced yard, two large walk in closets, plus luxury vinyl flooring. Garage space included.

Home is on a large private wooded lot and is close to downtown Chaska and freeway access. All utilities and internet are included.
Pets allowed with approval. Must pass background and credit checks, have no evictions, and have steady income. Phone interview required before scheduling tour. I'm looking for a friendly, considerate, kind, peaceful person to share my home. I have pets and pet lovers are preferred.
