I have a three-level split home of which I am a empty nester. I do currently have a roommate in the lower bedroom. There is a room however up at the top level next to mine with the bathroom adjacent to both. There are many many shops around my location. I'm very close access to the bus and to a Metro mobility pick up in front of home and drop off. Bus stop nearby, Uber operates in the area, driving is within 5 minutes to shops in stores. Plenty of parks, National Sports Center, PGA golf course, national soccer tournaments, 15 minutes to the City of Minneapolis and 20 to St Paul.
