We are excited to have a room available for someone that would be looking to live in the Somerville area with a year-lease in September. The space available would be ideal for a student/professional that is interested in establishing themselves in the Somerville area this summer and having a place for the following summer. With the state re-opening there are great restaurants, parks, and all the things that make this city the place to be. We are within a 15 minute walk to the Red line @ Porter Square (Wachusett/Concord/Waltham/North Station Commuter line link as well) & Davis Square for commuting through Cambridge and into Boston and even closer to the Green line extension that will be opening in December just in time for winter commutes. Down the street from Route 28 Memorial Drive and connections to Int. 93 and street parking is available on our street as well as the adjacent streets. We have a driveway that can accommodate a small car or SUV as well. The apartment is on the first floor of a 3-family building with a small patio and porch in the back. Our neighbors are quiet and friendly people all in their 20's-30's. The room is 12'x10' with a decent closet space with two windows that provide balanced morning light. Our laundry room is FREE :) in the basement with 2 washing machines & 2 dryers. We look forward to speaking with you more about the living space
