Hi! We are two roommates looking for a 3rd to fill an available room in our 3 bedroom apartment for Sept 1st, 2021. We are a 28 year old female and 26 year old male; both professionals in the corporate space working full time. Still a mix of work from home/office days intermittently. We are both fully vaccinated against COVID-19. A little about the apartment:

- 1st floor unit (3 floors total, landlords [who are great] live on 3rd), recently renovated with new appliances.
- Available room has a closet, large windows and can easily fit a queen bed, desk, wardrobe/dresser, shelving.
- Huge living room with nice view of street.
- Free onsite laundry in the basement, washer/dryer exclusive to unit.
- 8-10 min walk to Sullivan Square stop on the Orange line - direct to back bay, downtown.
- 15 minute walk to nearest grocery store & Assembly Square shopping plaza. Some smaller markets ~5min walk.
- No broker fee
- $1,100/month; 1 year lease; first, last, and 1 month security deposit due at signing
- Off street, assigned parking spot available for add'l $150/month
