The bedroom is on the main floor of a ranch home. The room has been deep-cleaned and newly painted walls, a new ceiling fan, and new windows. It is approximately the same size as the master bedroom, but this room does come with a shared office space. The bathroom is also shared with the landlord and is cleaned 1-2 times a week. There is a fully furnished living room and kitchen. A newer washer and dryer are located in the basement. The backyard is fully fenced in and has a concrete patio with furniture. There is a two car garage currently being utilized for storage and as a workshop. Utilities are included in the monthly cost unless there is excessive use, causing the cost to increase more than 50% of the current cost. The neighborhood is a very nice neighborhood with kids playing all around. Cars have been unlocked and not broken into for over a span of a year. The house also has cameras for security located near the front door and one with a full view of the driveway and backyard patio. There is parking along the street directly in front of the house.
