I am a 51-year-old, stay at home, very kind, quiet, laid back and easy-going kind of guy looking for a quiet, responsible and trustworthy person with a full-time job who does not work from home.
I live in a townhouse complex located in Taylor (Goddard & Telegraph) .
The townhouse has central air Conditioning, its own separate, private entrance, A parking space is also provided right in front of the entrance. There is 1 shared bathroom upstairs.
The room is on the second floor and measures, 10ft x 15ft, with ample closet space. It also has a ceiling fan, which is very nice during the spring and summertime.
I am asking $600 per month. a $400 security deposit will be due at signing. The lease will be on a month-to-month basis. A long-term agreement can be established if we are compatible roommates.
Rent includes, all utilities, (central air conditioning, internet, parking space and use of a washer and dryer which is in the basement.
I do a thorough background screening and interview process including a Criminal And Credit Background Check at your cost. If the room is offered to you I will refund half the cost.
The room is not furnished.
No pets!
Please, no issues, drugs, weed, heavy drinkers or drama. Any issues of this kind will be evicted immediately!
