Friendly and hospitable couple (no pets ), looking for tenants in their fully-furnished, very clean, 4-bedroom house with a basement. The house is nestled in a quiet and very safe neighborhood near parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and conveniently located near the freeway, for easy commute around the Detroit Metropolitan area, DTW airport, etc. The move-in ready, spacious, private rooms include a queen size bed, a 43“ TV with free wifi, Netflix, ROKU stations, and a bedside table. The windows have blackout curtains in case you have to sleep during the day. The rent includes all utilities, and parking. Our tenants will have access to the common areas of our home, living room, kitchen, laundry room, backyard.(you are welcome to use kitchenware and fridge). The sink is installed with a water filtration system. The bathroom is shared by tenants only. This is a move-in ready place- ideal for single professionals or students who are looking for a comfortable and quiet space.

We are looking for a non-smoker, non-drug user and CLEAN tenants that would treat our home as their own.
