North End Large Room for Rent*move in Special $380

Large room furnished with Full size bed available in a private home. Looking for a tenant looking for a 3-12 month minimum stay perhaps longer. Long term works as well. House is being renovated so please bear with us. Looking for people who clean up after themselves in kitchen and will leave bathroom in order it was found. No heavy drugs, no heavy drinking. Only visitors in house on weekends.. Will allow outside backyard visitors as long as tenants are not disturbed and if guest is disruptive or disrespectful will not be able to return. No smoking in the house, those who do so will have to leave. Designated area for smoking in back yard. Must be 18 years of age and provide documentation. Must show proof of ability to pay rent.
Lease Terms
Week to week rental.
Rent is $190 per week
Includes basic Utilities and wifi
1 weeks rent and $190 security due at lease signing. $380 move in required.
1 week notice to vacate and if no damages to room or house, tenant receives all security returned.

One person only to a room.
