Metro Detroit Room Available

I’m 24 almost 25, full time EMT, I live alone with my cat and have an extra room that will soon be available. Just trying to get things cleaned and tidied up some. I do have a spare twin bed that can be used as well as a dresser, but you do not have to use them if you don’t want to. All utilities are paid for besides electricity, that will be split but everything else is covered, I do have a garage that can be used for parking. All other living areas will be shared including bathroom for now (I have plans to build a second bathroom in the near future). I’m not necessarily a loud person I generally keep to myself due to my hectic work schedule, I work nights, my cat is very sociable and friendly I’ve never had issues with her and people in the past, I do have cameras in living areas (living room, kitchen and outside) for security reasons, my last roommate tried to steal from me which is why she was kicked out.
