Hello! We are offering a bedroom in a home with a kitchen, two bathrooms and basement for storage, where the second full bathroom is located and full laundry. The property has enclosed parking and a large fenced in backyard. WiFi is available at extra cost of $. Cable can be set up, but is not currently set up. Utilities are included, water, gas, electric, but will be subject to overage costs above normal usage. The house is no smoking, but there is a carport that is available for outside smoking. The neighborhood is very quiet with nearby shopping. Chores around the house are shared, but there is a lawn service for grass maintenance. We do have some furniture available for use.
