The suite is not furnished, however furnishings are available. Full access to the shared areas of the home include the living room, dining room, kitchen and additional bathroom on the first floor. Washer and dryer are located in the basement.

All utilities and high speed internet are included. Off street parking is available. The home is located on a quiet, safe street close to public transportation, shops and restaurants.
