•The space: It’s a lovely two-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhome located right across from the marina! It’s perfect if you love the outdoors—there are wonderful bike trails and lots to do within walking or biking distance. Including tons of fun activities, such as restaurants, bars, access to the water, tons of events, going on in nearby parks and locations, such as festivals, jazz, and other planned events!

The home has in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and tons of closet space. Plus, maintenance is on-site and super responsive.

•Rent is $850/month (water is included!).
•We'll split the DTE and Wi-Fi bills.
•Pets are welcome! 🐾
•A security deposit is required to move in. A credit score of 675+ is preferred🤗
•A little about me: I'm an artsy & clean person who works full-time & soon to be student. I love to laugh and enjoy hosting the occasional dinner party or game night!
