Hi, looking for a housemate. Large, furnished upstairs room. Two walk in closets, very private.
Looking for someone mature, considerate and responsible. It’s a shared bathroom situation. Has a large backyard, really nice in spring and summer & fall. Walking distance to Little Village and Indian Village/West Village. Quiet neighborhood. Street parking.
Laundry in basement. WiFi and utilities included in rent. 4 miles from downtown. I have two dogs and a cat. The animals are all friendly and mellow most of the time. (Except when you come home) PS I’m 420 friendly and if you smoke cigarettes, it’s cool outside, just not in the house.
