Housemate will have a fully furnished, bedroom with closet, desk, 6-drawer dresser, single bed, internet, air conditioning, sheets, towels, great light, in East English Village. Shared bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in whirlpool tub and toilet with bidet seat. There is also a second bedroom occupied by another housemate and the owner's bedroom on the same floor.

The owner is a male artist/designer/teacher who works from home in his basement level studio/office. The second housemate is a designer who works from home as well. The owner and current roommate are queer folk. Throughout the house there are lots of contemporary art books and carefully chosen furnishings. There is also a large living room, dining room, library/den with large screen television, a well equipped kitchen, ground floor level half bathroom, and airconditioning.

The property also features a driveway parking space, furnished terrace with dining table, fire pit and large herb and perennial plant garden.
