The home is inclusive, welcoming all religions, races and genders. Current residents are 2 males, 4 females. Looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and familiar with communal living in order to maintain cohesion in the home.
Utilities and internet are included, and laundry is shared and available free of charge in the unfinished basement.
$550/m for month to month lease.
Proof of income equal to 3 times the monthly rent, security deposit and references are required.
Tenants will be required to keep their personal area clean, and share in the responsibility of household chores.
