I am looking for a female to rent a PRIVATE ROOM in my sq ft home.
You will be the only roommate.
We will share kitchen, living room, bathroom, finished basement with entertainment area for the hot summer months.
The house has central air also washer and dryer available for use.
Nice fenced in back yard with patio.
Rent is $ per month due on the first every month security deposit is $. You would be responsible for electric and gas per month.
I will provide WIFI and will cover water, sewage, and trash removal.
Housekeeping for common areas is included by myself.
I don't drive so you have access to the driveway, and the garage would be included in your rent.

I live a quiet life, not a party person, looking for someone who has a or kind of a schedule.
I do have two cats.
