Sublet to finish out the last 3 months of our lease at Mill Creek Townhomes as we are leaving to relocate for work. There is an option to sign a new lease for another year in January. Photos are from the Mill Creek website since we have moving boxes everywhere. We can provide a virtual walkthrough video or in person tour of our specific unit upon request.

This is 2 bed, 1 bath unit has a great backyard that faces outwards to the woods instead of the parking lot like the rest of the complex, allowing for maximum privacy and nature access. There is also a public park (Mary Beth Doyle Park) at the end of the street.

There is central air, washer dryer in the basement, and a dishwasher. Pets are allowed for an extra $30 per month per pet. Bedrooms are large with spacious closets and can both fit either king or queen beds. There is one assigned parking spot included with the unit. There is a bus stop at the entrance to the complex on Stone School, providing easy access to UM campus and downtown Ann Arbor.

The unit is very close to the complex's clubhouse with an outdoor pool, gym, and shared amenity space. There are also EV chargers outside the clubhouse available for resident use.

Moving fees include $1850 security deposit and first month's rent (can be prorated depending on move in date)
