One Year Student Sublease

I’m subleasing my room in a two bedroom, one bath apartment for a one year period from August 25th, 2026 to August 20, 2027. The unit is in great condition, I am only subleasing because a lack of financial aid has unexpectedly rendered me unable to attend the University of Michigan for another year. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a balcony parallel to the University athletic facilities and is only a 14 minute walk from central campus. The apartment is furnished with couches, chairs, a dining table, and mattresses. Heating, water, and air conditioning is provided by the landlord, but electricity and wifi must be provided by the tenant. A washer and dryer is available on sight and a flat fee of $200 is required to access both appliances for the entire year. A designated parking space is available behind the building for a monthly fee of $50. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the unit. You will have one other roommate who is an undergraduate statistics major in his fourth year of study. Feel free to message me with any questions.
