House with two open rooms near downtown Ann Arbor

Three bedroom house(two are open) with one bathroom, all upstairs. There is a shared driveway with the neighbors so we have room for one person to have a car. It was a family home so the kitchen is larger than a lot of nearby housing. There is a living room, dining room, attic, and laundry in the basement. It is an older home so it has quirks, but it has some of the original wood and is quite beautiful. There is also a shed in back if you have a bike or garden. The two rooms that are open are in the first few photos and they will be completely empty. The rest is shared space and will have a smattering of my stuff (My current roommate bought most of the shared furniture though and it leaves with him).

I am a white, cis woman. I am in my 30s and work full time and would prefer other folks out of school as well. I own a cat, though the landlords prefer only one animal. He is a sweet boy who will cuddle if you have a blanket on your lap and not too disruptive. You are free to shut him out of your room. I primarily work from home so I am here a lot, but pretty quiet and don’t have a ton of guests. I am fairly clean, especially in joint spaces.

It’s 10-15 minute walk to U-M’s campus and a block or two from downtown Ann Arbor.
