I will be studying abroad in the Winter of 2026 and am looking to sublease my room from January to August 2026. Rent is $1400/month (includes utilities!!)

The apartment is in the BEST location on campus. We’re right above Rick’s American Cafe on central campus (Across from Pizza House, Arbor Blue, Cantina, and less than a 2 minute walk from Bo’s Bagels, Ross, Cane’s, Misfit, and Starbucks). 3 minute walk from the Diag. Our apartment is on the 3rd floor in the back corner (no noise from Ricks!!).

The room includes…
⁃ A bed frame,
⁃ A dresser
⁃ A desk
⁃ A closet with doors
⁃ A big window (lots of natural light!!)
⁃ Mirror, hangers, and frames can potentially stay... (just text me!!)

You’ll share a full bathroom with two other people, but we also have a half bath. Brand new, in-apartment washer/dryer, shared kitchen (with microwave & dishwasher), AC/heat, first floor gym, pantry space, coat closet, cute living room with couches & TV

The apartment has a total of 5 girls. Everyone is so friendly, clean, loves to hang, cook, have movie nights, etc etc
I’m honestly sad to leave— our apartment is so homey 🥰
