Looking for someone to take over my lease with only 3 months left (ends 1/31/2021).
Rent is $885/mo + utility $75/mo.
Utility includes gas, water, and trash but does not include electricity or internet.
Pets allowed.
AC and Heating in unit. Gas heating (which means heating comes at no additional cost since gas is included in utilities).
Dishwasher included.

This seems to be the best priced studio in Ann Arbor, especially for the quality and area. Prices are looking to rise up so this is your chance to lock in this price when renewing for the next year.
I've enjoyed staying here. Management is responsive and hardworking. Maintenance is quick and thorough as well. Both take COVID precautions. Neighbors all seem nice. Parking is right in front of building and never full. There is a gym available. Top (3rd) floor.

You will get the security deposit that I paid for at the end of the lease ($499). You will only have to pay for the lease modification fee ($100).
I already paid for November as well so you would get the rest of this month for free.

Also offering my Ikea furnishings if you will like them to stay at no cost: bed frame, queen memory foam mattress, desk table, floor lamp.

I moved to Ann Arbor for work, but my work situation has changed due to COVID. I think this is an generous offer that I am offering up. Therefore I will not bother responding to offers of anything less.
