Medium sized bedroom with nice queen sized bed

I’m looking to rent out the second bedroom in a two bedroom apartment. It’s furnished with a nice queen sized bed. Good amount of closet space. We would have to share the bathroom, kitchen, living room, etc. The choices they gave me for size of the room were either Large or Small, but I think Medium would be about right. I already have furniture, but if you do too, I’m sure we can make room.
It’s a nice neighborhood, although to be honest, they’re working on the roads right now. Close to State St and Bay Road. Hopefully you can take a look around on Google Maps.
It’s been quite a while since I’ve looked for a roommate, so I forget what to ask. Naturally, I would like the public areas to be neat and tidy. If your room is messy, we’ll just keep the door closed, ha.
I tend to work nights as a bartender, so I sleep in the mornings and early afternoons.
