I'm a 58-year old woman with a room to rent in Hudsonville, MI I consider myself a very nice, easy laid back person.

I’m looking for a person (Female) to rent a room in my home.
Maybe someone who is trying to start over, recently divorced, or just starting out.

I don’t want any more pets because I already have 2 cats sometimes 3 when my boyfriend comes over – so you must love cats.

You will have full access to the home, my dishes, pots/pans, towels.

Utilities included

All bedrooms are upstairs, so get ready to climb steps 😊 You will have your own bathroom – which is located right by the bedroom

You will have a spot in the garage if your vehicle fits, otherwise you have a spot outside to park.

My basement is partly finished - so we both will have our own space to watch TV or just hang out.

All I ask is that the rent be paid on time, for you to have respect for my home and to clean up after yourself.
