Hi I’m Morgan, 24 female. I have an 8 month old husky mix puppy. I recently moved into a 2 bedroom condo and am looking for a roommate! The condo is 1,300 square feet with an unfinished basement that is great for storage or a craft room. The main floor has a living room/ dining, kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, and half bathroom. Upstairs is the two bedrooms on either end of the hall. Your room has a closet, privet bathroom with tub and shower. New carpet and paint.

*note the bed frame you see in the picture will be removed before you move in, but for size reference it is a king size bed frame*

Some amenities: balcony on main floor, fireplace in living room, garage (single car), driveway which can fit 2 cars

Located within walking distance to Oakland community college

About me: I’m an environmental scientist, just moved to the area. I like to read, go hiking, and hangout with my dog. I occasionally work from home (there’s no office so I just work at the dining table). My puppy has tons of energy and loves people. If you also have pets we will have ti make sure they get along before any arrangements are made.
