I currently live in a nicely sized home in Troy and my roommate has moved out. We have 4 total bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Currently I occupy the upstairs 2 bedrooms as my home office and the master bedroom. You will be renting the downstairs rooms (1 bedroom and 1 office/bedroom). You have your own personal bathroom with plenty of closet space.

We will share the Living room, Kitchen, Dining Room, and Laundry room.

I have 1 cat, his name is Pinto and he is about 1.5 years old.

Non-Smoker, Social Drinker (very infrequently). I have guests over maybe once per month, and would prefer you bring over guests in a similar capacity. (I'm more talking hosting a family gathering/multiple friends, not having your S. O. over/partner/etc...)

I am open to you having another cat/2 join the home but I am not comfortable with a dog at this current moment.
