Medium size room for rent

The room available comes with lots of storage space, built in drawers, and two mid sized closets. I have a private room as well. I own one cat, who is an emotional support animal and they usually occupy the shared spaces. The living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony are all shared. Living room is fully furnished, but feel free to make this space your own. The only utilities that we pay separately are internet and electric. Electricity is provided by DTE and is variable based on usage, but I don't usually see it going above $70 each. That could change with the heat coming in the next few months. Internet is very cheap at $15/month. There is carpet in all the rooms except the kitchen and bathroom. Hallways are large enough to use a wheelchair without legs attached (I use one occasionally) and the furniture is arranged to be pretty disabled friendly and can be moved accordingly if need be. There is a few steps to be able to get into the apartment, to check mail, and to get to the laundry room, but they are all very close to our unit. Sound isn't really a problem as the rooms are pretty well sound proofed. I do hear neighbors in other rooms of the house, but usually only during day time hours. The neighbors are all really nice and there are lots of dining options, parks, and a library available close by. Downtown is also within walking distance if you are able, but is only about a 5-10 minute drive. I do not have photos of the bedroom just yet because the current roommate is still here, but as soon as the space is vacated, I will add photos of the room here. The room available is basically the same as my room, but without a sink.

Last photo is the apartments listing for what the room will vaguely look like. There is carpet in the room and the drawers/accordion doors are not painted. The accordion doors can be removed upon request.
